JoAnn (Jo) Lacek has been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years.  Graduated from "Touch of Life" school of massage therapy in Eden Prairie, MN. I worked in a variety of setting including a day spa, private massage therapy practice and chiropractic offices.

Jo is experienced and certified in several aspects of massage, including: Swedish, Stone Therapy, Myofasical Release, Lymph Drainage, Reflexology, chair massage, ear candling, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Qi-gong/Qi-ssage, Raindrop Therapy, External Unwinding, Muscle Memory Regression, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Chakra's and Dura in the body and Energy Work. She uses many modalities with each massage as she listens to the body to hear and see what is going on within.

Jo is very passionate about the field of massage therapy and hopes to continue to educate the public about the benefits of massage and make it a valuable part of her clients wellness plan.
